What are your delivery options?
We offer pickup from our Accra location, standard delivery within Accra (1-3 business days), and scheduled delivery for a specific date and time.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. Contact us to initiate a return.
How do I know what size to order?
Check our size guide on each product page. Our hoodies have a relaxed fit. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
Do you ship outside Ghana?
Currently we only ship within Ghana. We're working on expanding to other West African countries soon.
How can I track my order?
Visit our Track Order page and enter your order ID. You'll receive updates via WhatsApp and email as your order progresses.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via Paystack (cards, mobile money like MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo). Cash on delivery is available for pickup orders.
