Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
What can be returned:
- Unworn items with original tags
- Items in original packaging
- Accessories in unused condition
- Shoes that haven't been worn outdoors
What cannot be returned:
- Underwear and intimate apparel
- Swimwear (unless tags are attached)
- Personalized or customized items
- Items damaged by normal wear
- Items returned after 30 days
How to Return Items
Start Your Return
Log into your account and select the items you'd like to return. Print your prepaid return label.
Pack Your Items
Place items in the original packaging or any box. Include the return form and attach the prepaid label.
Ship It Back
Drop off at any UPS location or schedule a pickup. You'll receive tracking information via email.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We make exchanges easy! Simply return your original item and place a new order for the item you want.

Refund Information
Once we receive and process your return, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
